Peach Cake Recipe (Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free)
Hey everyone! It's Neekta from Baking with Neekta, and today I’m super excited to share one of my favourite late-summer treats: my gluten-free and dairy-free Peach Cake. 🍑
If you're like me and have food sensitivities, finding desserts that taste amazing without gluten or dairy can be tricky. But this peach cake is so soft and full of flavour, you'll forget it's free of gluten and dairy! The best part? It’s simple and perfect for using those fresh, juicy peaches of the season.

Ingredients:
2 peaches, peeled and diced
⅔ cup white rice flour
⅓ cup arrowroot starch
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
½ Tbsp vanilla extract
½ cup golden cane sugar
⅛ cup water
½ cup melted coconut oil
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 square cake pan. Line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a small bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients: white rice flour, arrowroot starch, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Set this aside.
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla extract, and golden cane sugar until the mixture is fluffy and pale. This gives your cake a light texture!
Stir in the water and melted coconut oil.
Now, it’s time to combine! Slowly pour the dry ingredients into the wet, whisking until smooth. Gently fold in those beautiful diced peaches. 🍑
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool down (if you can resist!), then slice it up and ENJOY!!!
