Sweet Delight: Neekta's Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
Hey there, fellow bakers! It's Neekta here, and today I'm super excited to share one of my simplest recipes with you – Neekta's Gluten-Free and Dairy-free Chocolate Peanutbutter Cups. This is a perfect healthier version of the classic candy, and it'll be ready in seconds!
Ingredients:
Melted chocolate chips
Smooth peanut butter
Powdered sugar
Instructions:
Chocolate Base:
Start by melting your favourite chocolate chips (white, milk, dark or semi-sweet). You can use a microwave or a double boiler – whatever works!
Spoon a bit of the melted chocolate into the bottom of your muffin papers. This will be the foundation of your tasty peanut butter cups.
Pop them into the refrigerator to let the chocolate set. Luckily, the chocolate sets really quickly!
Peanut Butter Filling:
In a bowl, add smooth peanut butter and gradually mix in powdered sugar until you have a doughy consistency.
Now, take out the cooled chocolate bases from the fridge and place dollops of your peanut butter dough right in the center of each.
Top It Off:
Pour another layer of melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter doughs. Make sure it's covered!
Time to chill again! Pop your creations back into the refrigerator to let everything firm up.
And there you have it, my friends – Neekta's Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups! These little bites of heaven are not only scrumptious but also gluten-free and dairy-free, making them perfect for those with food sensitivities.
