Hi! I'm Neekta! My love of baking stems from my own food sensitivities. When I was only 8 years old I came down with a severe onset of anxiety and OCD that got very bad very quickly. Fortunately, my parents found a functional medicine doctor who saved my life! What saved me was realizing that I was extremely sensitive to a lot of foods!
